Jonas Eika is a Danish author known for his original and experimental style. He gained international recognition with the short story collection After the Sun (Swedish translation by Henrik Petersen), which won the Nordic Council Literature Prize in 2019. Åben himmel, now being published in Finnish, is an epic historical novel about shame and desire.
